OEMI (Omokoroa Environmental Managers Inc) is a charitable society umbrella for of a number of sub-groups such as:  Omokoroa Estuaries Restoration Group; Omokoroa Bird Group; Pest Free Omokoroa; Weed Spotters;  Omokoroa History Group; the Omokoroa ANZAC group; Friends of Crapp Reserve; Friends of Cooney Reserve; Friends of Precious Reserve and TOLO (The Old Library Omokoroa – Gallery & Craft Collective).
