The Pahoia Community Hall Needs Your Help!
Due to saying farewell to a few of our long serving committee members, we are looking for volunteers to join the Pahoia Hall Committee. This is a great way to get involved with the community and requires very little of your time. Anyone over the age of 18 is welcome to apply.
Roles available are:
Treasurer – Looking after invoicing and accounts.
Bookings Administrator – Taking bookings and showing clients around the hall when required.
Secretary – Minute taking at meetings and sending minutes to committee members.
Community Liaison – Keeping the community informed of large events.
Maintenance Manager – Doing the odd little maintenance/repair job to keep our hall looking good.
Committee meetings are held every quarter at the hall and an AGM is required each year to comply with Inland Revenue.
