We are a group of 4 locals who are doing the Oxfam Trailwalker 50km on 23rd March to help raise money for the work that Oxfam does in developing countries. We are holding a Movie fundraiser at the Rialto Cinema on Sunday March 17th at 5.30pm and have been lucky enough to be able to show an Advanced Screening of the hot new NZ movie Daffodils. This movie is getting a lot of buzz and includes remakes of lots of classic NZ songs that you will know and love. So don’t miss out on seeing it first! Tickets are $20 – we provide yummy nibbles and there are prizes drawn for ticket holders. We also have some amazing silent auctions.
