Mediterranean style food is as good for you as it is good to eat! There’s no question about it! Years of research have shown that a Mediterranean style diet is one of the healthiest around for heart health, cholesterol, weight and blood pressure control, diabetes and possible prevention of certain cancers and chronic diseases. In this hands-on class, ideas will be introduced on how to plan, cook and serve delicious favourite foods in ways that will satisfy while sustaining wellness. A substantial recipe booklet covering all meals of the day and all courses of the menu is part of the class. In our cookery classes all the wonderful foods cooked by the attendants are served during morning tea and as a complete meal at the end of the session!
